Years ago, while working at Accenture, implementing SAP for large corporations across Europe and managing Finance Transformation programs, Andrew questioned why companies invest so much effort in setting up processes only to perform routine tasks on them. Finance processes are similar across companies, yet software often dictates how people work—an approach Andrew saw as inefficient. Determined to address this, Andrew founded an AI-driven company to automate routine workflows. He soon realized the root issue was inefficiency within organizations, often overlooked in favor of automating flawed processes. This insight led him to focus on solving the root causes of inefficiencies.
Today, Arfiti transforms finance team operations by providing tools and insights to assess their current state, benchmark against industry standards, and drive meaningful change. Arfiti empowers organizations to create efficient and future-ready finance functions.
