Fund Servicing
Fund-servicing back office on an AI-native ledger. Strikes NAV, accrues management and performance fees, processes subscriptions and redemptions, maintains the cap table, and produces investor statements. The accounting layer behind tokenized funds, FoFs, and private-market vehicles. Review package instructions, local requirements and the resulting evidence before use.
Three commands.
One procedure.
All of them run inside Claude against the governed ledger.
- 01
/cap-table — Snapshot of the fund's investor cap table as of the latest NAV strike. Lists all active investors with shares held, position value, and % ownership. Sorted by position descending.
- 02
/investor-statement — Generate a per-investor statement for a fund — subscription/redemption history, current shares held, position value at latest NAV per share, cumulative paid-in, cumulative returns, IRR. Statement-grade output suitable for emailing or PDF export.
- 03
/nav-strike — Strike NAV for a fund as of a specific date. Revalues holdings, accrues management and performance fees, processes pending subscriptions and redemptions from the queue, recomputes the per-investor cap table, and produces a strike summary.
Editable procedure and reference material. Uses authorized Arfiti tools.
