Assistants and agents
under the same controls

Work from the assistant
you already use

Arfiti MCP is the connection your assistant uses to read records and submit proposals: a typed tool surface for queries, submissions and workflows, under the signed-in user’s or agent’s role. Cowork, Codex or any assistant that supports MCP can use it.

The same tools and permissions a person would useEvery MCP call is authenticated, with OAuth 2.1 for people and API keys for agents, and resolves to the same role and entity scope as the dashboard. The assistant cannot do anything you could not do yourself.

Agents for the
recurring work

Run Arfiti agents for recurring finance work, or shape custom agents around your own procedures. Agents run under their own permissions and submit proposals through the same controls as people; enabling one does not bypass approvals.

Optional, configured during setupBuilt-in agents are optional. Enable them per organisation and configure their permissions and review routes. Eligible actions may proceed automatically under those controls.
PipelinesDocuments arriving by email or connection become proposals. An agent is a pipeline of small, typed, tested blocks; intake addresses and connectors feed the same proposal queue.
Custom agentsAgents shaped around your own procedures, built from skills and plugins and scoped to the records and actions you grant. They run in Arfiti or through a connected assistant.
An agent is a member, not a bypassAgents authenticate with their own keys and carry a role and an entity scope like any member. Changing what an agent may do is a permission change, logged like any other.
Every run is recordedRuns keep their trigger, inputs, outputs and the questions they asked you. Failed runs are surfaced to administrators rather than retried silently.

Several steps,
one reviewable run

Multi-step workflows combine programmatic and reasoning steps in one reviewable run, each step recorded with its inputs and outputs. Schedules make the same work run on a date, not only on request.

Steps follow your procedureRead the expenses, apply the allocation policy, draft the journal, submit for approval. The draft arrives as a proposal with its schedule and evidence attached.
SchedulesDepreciation and recognition journals prepared on the first of the month, reconciliation every morning, payment batches on Mondays. Schedules use your time zone and the configured action and approval rules.
Failures stop the runA step that cannot complete stops the run and is surfaced rather than hidden. Inspect completed steps before retrying: earlier successful actions may remain recorded.
